Service Refund & Return Policy

At **Buy AV Yours**, powered by **Advan Hong Kong Technology Limited**, we strive for excellence in our hardware and cybersecurity services. This policy details the conditions for returns, refunds, and warranties for our specialized hardware and platform subscriptions.

1. Eligibility for Returns (Hardware)

We accept returns for physical hardware products (e.g., Secure Endpoint Carts) under the following terms:

  • **Timeframe**: Return requests must be formally initiated within **30 days** of the delivery confirmation date.
  • **Condition**: Products must be in **new, resalable condition**, complete with all original protective packaging, accessories, documentation, and components.
  • **Ineligible Items**: Non-standard, custom-built, or special-order configurations are generally non-returnable. Software licenses and activated digital subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once provisioned.
  • **Restocking Fee**: Approved returns for buyer's remorse or non-defective items may be subject to a **15% restocking fee**.

2. Formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

All returns must follow our formal RMA procedure to be processed:

  • Contact our Enterprise Support team at support@buyavyours.xyz, providing your Enterprise Order Number, reason for return, and detailed supporting evidence (photos/videos if damaged).
  • Upon approval, a unique **RMA number** and detailed shipping instructions will be issued. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • **Shipping Costs**: The client is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error by **Buy AV Yours**.
  • **Risk of Loss**: The client retains the risk of loss for the product until it is officially received and signed for at our designated facility.

3. Refund Processing

Upon receipt of the returned product:

  • **Quality Inspection**: The item will undergo a technical inspection within **7 business days** to verify its condition and eligibility against the stated reason for return.
  • **Approval**: If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within **14 business days** after the inspection is complete.
  • **Amount**: The refund will cover the product purchase price, minus any applicable restocking fees or original shipping charges.
  • **Denial**: If the product is returned damaged, missing components, or outside policy terms, the return may be denied. The client will be notified and can elect to have the product shipped back at their expense.

4. Limited Warranty and Defective Products

Our hardware products are covered by a **One-Year Limited Warranty** against manufacturing defects under standard operating conditions.

  • **Warranty Claims**: If a product exhibits a manufacturing fault, we will, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item. We will cover all shipping costs related to verified warranty claims.
  • **Exclusions**: The warranty does **not** cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized servicing, improper installation, physical abuse, or use with non-approved components.
  • **Software Subscriptions**: Cybersecurity platform subscriptions are provided "as is" and are governed by their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs), not this hardware warranty.

5. International Returns and Duties

International customers are responsible for ensuring the returned product is properly declared for customs. You are liable for all associated customs duties, tariffs, and taxes on both the original shipment and the return shipment, unless the product is confirmed defective.
